Description

PPR Sheworthy is the ideal foundation female—one who consistently outproduces herself through her offspring. We acquired her as part of the seven llamas from the Pearson Pond Ranch dispersal, and she has proven to be a valuable addition to our breeding program. While her own fiber may not be the standout feature, Sheworthy’s true worth lies in her exceptional pedigree and, more importantly, what she produces. Her sire, Purple Tiger, traces back to the Bolivian import Bolivian Starmaker and the legendary gray Merit, anchoring her firmly in proven genetics. Her dam, PPR Chiri’s Curlicue, is a colorful female bringing together the outstanding bloodlines of Chileno Chiri Chico, Chileno Chasca, and Top Flight. Sheworthy has produced two outstanding female crias for us—one a beautiful taupe gray reflecting her sire’s influence, and the other a strikingly colorful female. She is currently exposed to GNLC Highflyer for a Fall 2026 cria, a pairing we expect will result in yet another exceptional addition to the herd.
