PPR Wyllow

Description

Wyllow is a beautiful silver suri female straight out of the renowned breeding program of Pearson Pond Ranch (PPR). She is one of only seven PPR llamas we were fortunate to acquire during the dispersal of the Pearson Pond herd, arguably one of the finest herds in the history of llamas in North America. Wyllow displays long, tight, twisted suri fiber that exemplifies the classic suri look. Her sire, Don Diego, is possibly one of the most beautiful males we have ever seen, carrying half Argentine genetics tracing back to the import Argentine Don Zunca. Wyllow’s dam, PPR Wiffenpoof, blends Tracy Pearson’s two favorite high-powered herdsires, Dough Boy and MGF Hi Five. Wyllow’s pedigree boasts some of the most beloved old bloodlines from the early days of llamas in the United States. She has proven herself as a producer, giving us several beautiful and colorful crias here at our farm. Her 2022 female cria, WRLF Sandstone's Sassy, sold for $6,250 to Ron & Gail Wilkinson. Her last female cria, WRLF Wolfgang's Wednesday, is scheduled to be in the Spring Showcase Sale in late March. Wyllow has been exposed to GNLC Highflyer for a Fall 2026 cria.
