PPR Wolfgang came to our farm through the late Tracy Pearson of Pearson Pond Ranch, and we were deeply honored to be among the few farms Tracy personally selected to receive her llamas after her passing. Having Wolfgang here is both a privilege and a responsibility we take to heart. Wolfgang is one of the very few true Black/Black suri males in the United States, and he is exceptional in every sense. He is beautifully balanced with undeniable presence—what we like to call permanent presence. Always alert, always aware, Wolfgang commands attention the moment you see him. His suri fiber is truly remarkable. How often do you see suri with fiber this tightly twisted and organized? Not often. His fleece exhibits outstanding character and structure, setting him apart from the norm. Structurally, Wolfgang is just as impressive. He looks excellent both coming and going, with some of the straightest and strongest back legs we have encountered. His overall balance and correctness make him a joy to evaluate. Genetically, Wolfgang brings tremendous value. He is the son of one of PPR’s most powerful females, PPR Black Orchid, and the influential herdsire PPR Ripple Effect. These outlying genetics have already proven themselves—Wolfgang has produced some of the best crias in our herd, and we eagerly anticipate what he will continue to contribute when bred to our females. Wolfgang is the complete package: rare color, elite fiber, strong structure, and proven genetics.
