Description

Aurora is a large, elegant white female with silky fiber and soft blush cheeks. She was the final cria out of perhaps our best female on the farm, BAL Ursula, making her especially meaningful to our breeding program. Our goal was to retain a big, productive female with exceptional fiber to carry forward one of the treasured Berry Acres bloodlines here on the farm. Aurora’s sire is Dutch Flat Rolling Stone, bringing in valuable outcross genetics from Chileno Canaletto #136. On her dam’s side, she continues the exquisite Berry Acres lineage through Garbo’s Count Zorach and one of the most influential females of all time, Rising Star’s Marie Antoinette. Aurora has more than lived up to her pedigree. She has produced several outstanding crias for us and is an exceptional mother. She is the heaviest milker on the farm and is so gentle and maternal that she will readily accept and raise any orphan cria placed with her.
