Introducing, probably the most impressive herdsire at Walnut Ridge Llamas. Blizzard is just plain HUGE! We love to see him strut in his pasture and seeming just pose all the time. He not only has size, but beautiful white silky fiber.
We had been looking for some GNLC bloodlines to add some size to our herd. Blizzard is out of a past National Grand Champion, GNLC Full Tilt, and a huge Timone daughter, Mystery’s Copper Fox. Blizzard was 45 3/4″ at the withers and 73″ at the poll at 23 months old. He is all white, but carries colorful genetics from both sides of his pedigree.
We first saw Blizzard at the North American International Livestock Exposition (NAILE) Llama Show in Louisville, Kentucky in the fall 2015. I was so impressed with his size and his regal attitude while Mark Smith was grooming him. With this being his first show, he placed Triple Grand Champion Silky Male which included the 2015 Eastern Region ILR-SD Silky Grand Champion. We kept Blizzard for several years. We kept two daughters out of him before we sold him to another farm.
This is WRLF Blizzard's Rio. He is one of our knockout crias that Blizzard is producing for us. Rio is for sale. Check him out on Males For Sale.
Check out this powerhouse pedigree. His sire was a National Champion and his dam line is chocked full of whose who in the White Heat historical line.
