NWLF Padme is a beautiful cream suri paint female with exceptional fiber and elite bloodlines, making her an exciting addition to the Walnut Ridge breeding program. In June 2025, we visited Bob Lamorte in Michigan. As usual when visiting llama friends, we brought our trailer “just in case.” That “just in case” turned into something wonderful — we ended up co-owning Duramax and bringing Padme home with us. We knew Duramax would produce outstanding crias when bred to our Walnut Ridge females, but Padme captured our hearts for another very important reason — her dam. Padme is out of PPR Sparkle Plenty, carrying the coveted Pearson Pond Ranch bloodlines. We had tried to purchase Sparkle Plenty at the Pearson Pond herd dispersal, but Bob already owned her and understandably wanted to keep her. Through Padme, we are thrilled to incorporate the excellence of both Ollendick Farms and Pearson Pond Ranch. This powerful genetic combination strengthens the depth, fiber quality, and consistency within our breeding program. This blend of elite heritage makes Padme a strategic and exciting addition to Walnut Ridge.
